STEP 1–Document Submission
In order to setup the foreign company in Lombok, prepare the following:
- Founders’ Passports or ID cards
- Founders’ Home Address, Emails & Phones
- Company's Name (must reflect the business area)
- Company's Address, Emails & Phones in Indonesia

- Project Address
STEP 2–Company Name Verification
Company name must at least consist of three words and not containing the word like enterprise, corporation, company and any word alike. Once the name is verified –has no prohibited word and no name duplication– the name will be approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
Step 3–Article of Association
